Marketing Information Consent Agreement

Article 1 (Purpose)

This agreement aims to enable the Company to deliver PASA device utilization guides, latest sleep data, promotional benefits, and more to members who consent to receiving marketing information.

Article 2 (Collected and Used Items)

The Company uses the following information for marketing communications.

1. Name
2. Mobile phone number
3. Email address
4. Affiliated medical institution name and title
5. Service usage history (order/manufacturing type, etc.)

Article 3 (Types of Information Received)

Upon consent, members will receive the following medical/clinical support content and benefit information.

1. Clinical Guide: PASA device fitting know-how, case reports, sleep data analysis trends
2. Educational Events: Onboarding sessions, academic seminars, webinar invitations
3. Promotions: New product launch announcements, partnership discounts, promo codes and events
4. Service News: PASA Doctors updates and newsletters

※ Mandatory informational notices such as order/delivery, A/S, and terms changes will be sent regardless of consent status.

Article 4 (Transmission Methods)

Marketing information is sent through one or more of the following channels.

1. Text messages (SMS/LMS)
2. KakaoTalk notifications
3. Email

Article 5 (Withdrawal and Changes of Consent)

1. Members may withdraw their consent to receive marketing information at any time.
2. Withdrawal can be done through the "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of received emails.
3. Even after withdrawal, information scheduled for delivery before the withdrawal request may still be temporarily sent.

Article 6 (Retention and Usage Period)

Marketing information consent remains valid until withdrawal of consent or membership termination, and upon occurrence of such event, data will be promptly destroyed and transmissions will cease.
